Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is Noemi Stanisławska, trading as NOSTA Noemi Stanisławska, ul. Polanowicka 2, 51-180 Wrocław, Poland, Polish tax ID (NIP) 898-20-39-099, statistical number (REGON) 021050600. Contact: fizjopregna@gmail.com, phone +48 502 439 844.

2. What data we collect

This website is a presentation site and collects no data through any form. There is no contact form, no online booking and no visit analytics.

Personal data arises in two situations only:

  • Correspondence - if you write to the e-mail address given here or call, we process what you provide: your name, e-mail address or phone number, and the content of your message.
  • Technical connection data - the server hosting the site records the IP address, the date and time of the request and the browser type in its logs. This happens automatically on any visit to any website and serves only the security and correct operation of the site. We do not link this data to you as a person.

This website is not for booking appointments or sending health information. Appointments are booked through znanylekarz.pl, which is a separate data controller with its own privacy policy.

Correspondence is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract, where you are asking about an appointment) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the legitimate interest of handling correspondence).

Technical data in the server logs is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - the legitimate interest here is the security of the site and the ability to diagnose faults.

4. How long we keep data

Messages you send us stay in the mailbox - we do not delete them automatically after a set period. We keep them for as long as they may be needed to deal with your enquiry and any later questions, and to show what was agreed.

You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time - write to fizjopregna@gmail.com and we will remove it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Server logs are overwritten and deleted on the cycle set by the hosting provider.

5. Recipients of data

  • Cloudflare, Inc. - website hosting and content delivery network. It processes the technical connection data described in section 2.
  • The e-mail provider (Google, the Gmail service) that receives the correspondence.

We do not sell or share data with anyone beyond the parties listed, to whom it is necessary for the provision of those services.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC are based in the United States, so technical connection data and correspondence may be processed outside the European Economic Area.

Both companies participate in the Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognised in its decision of 10 July 2023 as providing an adequate level of data protection. Standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission apply in addition.

7. Cookies

This website uses no cookies at all - not essential, not analytics, not marketing. We store nothing in your browser and collect no visit statistics, which is why there is no cookie consent banner.

Fonts are hosted on our own server - your browser does not connect to third-party servers to load them. The site embeds no external content: there are no video players, no maps and no social plugins.

Links to external services (znanylekarz.pl, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps, orlymedycyny.pl) are ordinary links. A connection to those services is made only once you click them, and from that moment their own privacy policies apply.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

9. Physiotherapy records

Data collected during a visit to the practice (history, examination, treatment records) is processed under separate rules arising from medical records legislation and is not covered by this policy. You receive information about that processing at your first visit.
